The only thing you can do is let your anxiety attacks happen. There is no amount of running that will make them go away. You can digest all the pills and read all the books that you want, the fear will still be there unless you take action now.

You might be able to take some comfort in knowing that anxiety attacks cannot kill you. They are simply created due to the mind’s interpretation of the possibility that there is something to be afraid of, which is what causes all of those scary physical symptoms.

Now that you’ve found your treatment for anxiety, it’s time to live your life and get over your fear before it devours you completely. Don’t deny the fact that you are having panic attacks or that you are afraid of something. Just get out and do whatever you want to do and do be afraid to live. Everyone else is doing it, why can’t you? Think about it that way.
